Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we have adopted several measures to ensure the health and safety of our employees and their families. We strengthened our existing hygiene, safety and health practices, improved and implemented new actions.
We’ve created a committee composed of professionals from multidisciplinary areas, willing to study the best confrontation alternatives, based on official agencies guidelines, as well as certifying the progress of established activities. The group meets regularly to monitor, discuss and propose improvements.

General orientations
The employees were made aware, through the cooperative’s communication channels, of the main signs and symptoms of Covid-19, the importance and correct use of masks, hygiene habits, immunization, and directions in case symptoms were noticed.
Employee Retirement
The employees with respiratory symptoms were instructed not to come to the Cooperative, to inform the company about the situation electronically, and were dismissed according to the pre-established protocol, oriented by the Ministry of Health.
Immunization
Aurora Coop annually promotes the influenza vaccination campaign, making it available free of charge to all employees. Because it understands the importance of immunization for the control of COVID-19, it sensitizes and encourages the entire workforce to keep the vaccination schedule updated according to the protocol of the Ministry of Health, currently showing a high adherence to vaccination coverage.
Protective Masks
Masks are made available to employees, as well as guidance on their correct use.
Body temperature check
When accessing the Aurora Coop plants, the employees are submitted to screening with temperature checks and, in case of signs and symptoms, they are sent for medical attention and prevented from entering the plant.
Hygiene of the Areas
All areas are sanitized frequently.

All sectors and rooms have the products to reinforce the sanitation of hands, tables, and other surfaces.
Distance between people
Markings emphasizing the necessary distance between people in common use spaces ensure everyone’s safety.
General Adjustments
Other actions were implemented to reinforce the main measures, among them: pedal-operated drinking fountains, new hand wash basins and sanitization systems at the entrances of the restaurants for hand hygiene, routine testing of asymptomatic patients, according to a pre-established protocol.
This norm establishes the policy, guidelines, procedures regarding the protection and privacy of personal data to be practiced and respected throughout the Cooperative, in compliance with the General Personal Data Protection Law N° 13.709/2018 (LGPD).

For Cooperativa Central Aurora Alimentos (“Aurora Coop”) your privacy is very important, that is why we are committed to protecting the security and privacy of your data. With this Privacy Policy, Aurora Coop intends to clarify in an objective and transparent way:
