O Frigorífico Aurora Coop Mandaguari/PR realizou no último dia 18 de maio a atividade Cinema da Prevenção com os jovens aprendizes. A ação, referente ao Maio Laranja, mês do Combate ao Abuso e Exploração Sexual de Crianças e Adolescentes, traz a possibilidade de socializar informações e orientações a respeito da temática.
Neste ano, foi trabalhado o filme “O Silêncio de Lara”, trazendo a problemática de abuso sexual. A reflexão com os adolescentes envolve a discussão sobre os assuntos relacionados à temática, possibilitando aos mesmos acesso a informação.
Esta ação possibilita que todos tenham espaço de escuta ativa para compartilhar dúvidas, trazer alguma vivência que seja relevante e, acima de tudo, possibilitar o acolhimento.
Além da ação interna com os jovens aprendizes, os gestores também foram sensibilizados durante a reunião mensal.
