O comitê de comunicação do Frigorífico Aurora Coop São Miguel do Oeste/SC, realizou a divulgação dos indicadores administrativos da Aurora Coop.
Foi confeccionado um mural na área de descanso com os indicadores da área, explicando o que cada um significa e quais os impactos causam para a cooperativa e para o colaborador.
Também utilizaram como exemplo para melhor compreensão, as faltas ao trabalho, com o intuito de demostrar aos colaboradores as perdas financeiras e o quanto isto prejudica o andamento do setor, afetando os colegas e o processo como um todo.
O objetivo da ação é oportunizar a todos o conhecimento e a orientação sobre os indicadores administrativos.
