O Frigorífico Aurora Coop de Mandaguari/PR, realizou no mês de agosto uma ação de Sensibilização com os colaboradores em comemoração à Semana Nacional da Pessoa com Deficiência Intelectual e Múltipla, instituída pela Lei nº 13.585/2.017.
A mesma visa ao desenvolvimento de conteúdos para conscientizar a sociedade sobre as necessidades específicas de organização social e de políticas públicas para promover a inclusão social desse segmento populacional e para combater o preconceito e a discriminação.
A ação foi desenvolvida através de uma roda de conversa envolvendo colaboradores PcDs e colaboradores não PcDs que puderam trocar experiências, vivências e desenvolver o conhecimento sobre práticas/falas capacitistas que precisam ser revistas no nosso dia-a-dia.
