O Frigorífico Aurora Coop Erechim II/RS lançou o projeto “Desafio: encarregado destaque na redução de faltas”. O objetivo é instigar os encarregados a elaborem uma proposta e colocar em prática ações que contribuem para a redução das faltas em seus setores de trabalho.
Em janeiro, três encarregados foram instigados a dar início ao projeto. Cada um dos líderes terá uma semana para apresentar uma proposta de redução de faltas e um mês para aplicar no setor. Na reunião geral da unidade serão apresentadas as propostas dos encarregados. Nesse momento, haverá o reconhecimento ao Encarregado Destaque, que consegui atingir os indicadores. Além disso, na mesma reunião haverá o sorteio dos próximos encarregados a participarem do desafio.
O projeto será conduzido pela analista social, Caroline Rigo, e a analista de gestão de pessoas, Flaviane Bottini, com o apoio do gerente, Vanderson Kurtz, e os demais supervisores de área.
