Saúde Mental: um papo com aprendizes

Com o objetivo de promover um espaço de diálogo aberto e acolhedor e destacar a importância da saúde mental e do Setembro Amarelo, no dia 23 de setembro foi realizado uma conversa com os aprendizes do Frigorífico Aurora Coop Maravilha/SC (FAMH).

A atividade realizada teve por objetivo mostrar que há situações semelhantes e que elas geram impactos diferentes e merecem atenção e cuidado. A adolescência é uma fase de muitas mudanças físicas, mentais e emocionais e essas mudanças influenciam as relações, com o outro e consigo.

Com a intenção de quebrar estigmas, o Setembro Amarelo é um convite à empatia, reforçando a importância de ouvirmos e cuidarmos uns dos outros, promovendo o acesso à informação e apoio adequado. Juntos podemos fazer a diferença e mostrar que a vida importa!
