Aurora Coop System
Cooperativism
Collaborating with others for to achieve results.
Cooperating means collaborating with others so that everyone achieves the same results. This is the principle of the cooperative model, which is based on human solidarity, where the welfare of all prevails over individualism.
Today, cooperatives play an important role in global economy and especially in Brazil, generating employment and income. It is not without reason that the Cooperativism agricultural production is the largest and most expressive in the country. It came from the need to unite small and medium rural producers who founded cooperative societies, built silos and warehouses, acquired fleets to transport production and competed for markets on an equal footing with the major sector corporations.
The guidelines for all cooperative actions are the way to put theory into practice. The principles of Cooperativism are:
Voluntary and free membership;
Democratic management by members;
Economic participation of the partners;
Autonomy and independence;
Education, training and information;
Intercooperation;
Interest in the community.
Get to know the symbol of Cooperativism and what it represents:
CIRCLE
It represents eternity, as it has no final horizon, no beginning, no end.
GREEN
It reminds us of trees, a viral principle of nature and the need to maintain balance with the environment.
YELLOW
It symbolizes the sun, a permanent source of energy and heat.
PINE TREES
The pine tree is a symbol of immortality and fertilization, for its survival in less fertile lands and for the ease of multiplication. The united pine trees are more resistant and emphasize the strength and expandability.
